I went to a family party last night in Sunnyvale, I havent seen any of these folks in a long time and it was pretty awkward for me to just say hi and kiss them all on the cheek! All the aunties and grandmas were sitting on a long ass couch like a friggen line for me to go say hi and kiss one by one. SO Awkward. But it was cool, brought me back to my childhood days where they would pinch my cheeks and tell me how big im getting. Now that I'm older, all they can say is "Michelle! Youre so pretty now!" (lol) or "Wheres your boyfriend?" hahaha damn filipino ladies. Miss them. And one of my grandmas said that I scared her because I looked like a splitting image of my mom and she thought that my mom came back from the dead or something. I guess, as I do grow older, I start to resemble her more, and I'm starting to see it. Its not scaring me at all, but I dont know how to explain what I'm trying to say? Well, it does kind of frighten me to be looking like her, but I dont know why. I love my mom. I'll just have to figure it out later on when my mind is on track and when I'm feeling better from this minor sickness that I'm having. Just wanted to lay out that day and only that part of the day.
